The ARCA 2011 International Panel of Judges, consisting of 11 prominent experts from the scientific community and economy, will rate innovations according to the following criteria:

- creativity invested into making the innovation, 0 – 20 points;

- commercial value of the innovation (expected or achieved), 0 – 20 points;

- technical and technological level of the innovation, 0 – 20 points;

- environmental, healthcare or safety significance of the innovation, 0 – 20 points;

- additional criterion, according to the Panel of Judges' discretion, 0 – 20 points.

We believe that this approach will ensure that the official ARCA 2011 prizes are given to the best. Prizes will be presented to the winners in a ceremony at the exhibition, attended by state officials, journalists and exhibitors.
